Combining choral ensemble singing, voice lessons, and music classes, VAI offers energized and challenging experiences focused on both choral and solo vocal training. Small group voice lessons allow participants to study with UM voice faculty members and class offerings include ensemble rehearsals and theory/musicianship classes. As members of the Vocal Arts Institute Chorale, all students have an opportunity to rehearse and perform diverse and exciting SATB repertoire.

The Vocal Arts Institute Chorale will perform on the final Saturday and student recitals allow participants to perform solo works throughout the week. Class offerings include:
